Hawai'i Council for the Humanities

Hawai'i Council for the Humanities CLCL Project (2021-2022).  The Honolulu project amplifies underrepresented youth voices from Honolulu, Hawai'i. Their neighborhoods experience environmental degradation exacerbated by climate change.  Youth will explore how to document lives, portray identity, and build a story. Informed by the lens of the community, through public programming exhibits in concert with our project partners, they aim to expand the audience's understanding and promote dialogue.

We sincerely thank the Hawai‘i Council for the Humanities and the National Endowment for the Humanities, for their generosity and support of the Closed Loop Creative Labs project in Hawai'i.
